One of the highlights of the villa is its incredible covered porch. It beautifully combines the indoor and outdoor feel, offering the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh lake air while remaining sheltered. This space is ideal for guests to mingle during cocktail hour, all while taking in the views of Lake Como’s shimmering waters.
The venue also boasts an attached deck that provides direct access to the lake, making it a dream for photography. Not only was it beautiful to photograph, but it also proved extremely useful for the couple’s boat ride to capture the essence of their wedding day on the water.
A Boat Adventure: ‘Mega Rospo’ on Lake Como
One of the standout moments of the wedding was the boat trip. For their photo shoot, Katelin & Joe rented a boat, taking full advantage of the iconic views of Lake Como. But that wasn’t the only boat involved in their celebration! After the wedding dinner, the couple rented the Mega Rospo (Big Frog), a larger boat for a fun post-dinner party. Though rain forced the guests to move inside, the spirit of the celebration never faltered. Laughter and dancing filled the boat’s interior, and it was clear that this group knew how to enjoy the moment!
